 RUSH SELECT    RUSH FEST
Rush Soccer forms select teams (All-Star teams) that are comprised of the top Rush players from across the country at the U13-U17 age groups. These teams attend various events, both domestic and international, on a yearly basis. Player pools are established through club recommendations and identification at the Rush Fest and the Select ID Camps. Players can move in and out of the player pool based on their current form. Select Team coaches have the final say in which players make the roster for any particular event.   The Rush Fest is an annual event that brings together U13 boys and girls' teams from Rush clubs across the country. Teams compete against one another in a friendly tournament while also joining up to participate in training sessions on the field as well as classroom and social events off the field. Top coaches from within the Rush family comprise the staff that work with the players and team coaches throughout the event. Each team will have a dedicated staff coach to learn from over the course of the Fest.
PLAYER LOAN PROGRAM   RUSH SUMMIT

The Player Loan Program is a Rush Soccer inter-club player exchange opportunity that allows players from all Rush branches to experience playing with other teams and Rush clubs from across the country. Its goal is to provide numerous opportunities for our members in order to facilitate and guide their development as well as helping them to achieve their individual goals and dreams.

Through the Player Loan Program, players are able to take advantage of playing opportunities with teams in other regions of the country. Players can play in events that their team may not be able to participate in, play at higher levels of competition, be exposed to regional or national staff, travel regionally, nationally or internationally as well as experience different playing styles, coaching, cultures and traditions.

The Rush Summit is a three day conference for Rush Technical Directors, administrators and other staff members. Topics change from year to year but address current issues that Rush Clubs are facing with suggestions how to address and improve all aspects of each organization. The Rush Summit is held in conjunction with the Rush Fest each summer.

COLLEGE ADVISORY PROGRAM (C.A.P.)
  RUSH CORE VALUES
The Rush Soccer Club is proud to provide a number of programs outside the normal realm of training, competition, and soccer related activities.  One of those programs is the College Advisory Program or C.A.P.  This program is provided to our boys and girls teams U15 to U19. The College Advisory Program introduces high school age players within Kansas Rush Wichita to the college recruiting, financial support, scholarship and selection process. This process can be bewildering at times and the intent of the C.A.P. is to offer factual advice and assist in every way possible.

The Rush Core Values are an integral aspect of our club. Players, Coaches and Staff are asked to learn and live the Core Values to help them become better players and better people.

Accountability:
Be accountable for your actions and hold others accountable for their actions. Who am I ultimately accountable to, and who judges my work?

Advice: Seek out advice and aspire to be the best. In order to learn, we must be open to learning and consider the advice of others. Are you coach-able?

Empathy: Empathy is at the core of solid relationships.

Enjoyment: Enjoy your work, this is a gift. The desires of diligent workers are satisfied.

Humility: Apologize when you make a mistake. Forgive others and do not look back.

Leadership: Leaders strive to be trustworthy, honest and sincere. They posses traits such as integrity and honor. They are willing to serve others and sacrifice their own interests. Leaders are constructive and hardworking.

Passion: Passion always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres. Passion never fails.

Respect: Respect everyone. Respect the opponent, the rules, your colleagues, your superiors and subordinates. Be thoughtful and considerate.

Safety: Our environment is safe. That includes the office, our travels, the fields and our bodies. Safety is not only physical safety from harm, but safety from ridicule and attack. We are comforted and encouraged in the club. We portray self-control and kindness to our staff, colleagues and players.

Tenacity: To be successful, persevere.... persevere but do not be anxious. Fear no one. Be strong and courageous. Work when no one else is looking, even when the circumstances are not right and everyone else quits. Diligence never loses because it never quits. Out work your opponent, and most importantly, work smart. Don't wait for external inspiration. The people who go far do so because they motivate themselves and give their best, regardless of how they feel.

Unity: Together all things are possible. When your teammates are down, bear each other's burdens; conversely, celebrate your teammate's successes.
